Why choose therapy?

Life is a journey and it's an all-inclusive deal; there'll be good bits but there will be challenges and how you face such challenges will influence how you are coping with the day to day.

A person may be living with an extended period of anxiety or depression, quietly going about their lives, careful to not disrupt the status quo, but suffering all the same.

This learnt stoic approach to life, although beneficial in some circumstance, is not the most beneficial to the mind.

This is where therapy is such a effective tool, it gives you space to work though it all, analyse what works and what doesn't, keep what serves you and leave behind that which does not. As a counsellor I do not have the answers but I am trained in helping you find the space to heal yourself.
